This alchemical oil can coat one weapon or up to 12 pieces of ammunition. Applying the oil takes 1 minute. For 1 hour, the coated item is magical and deals 1d6 bonus lightning damage on a hit. 

Storm Oil. This ocean blue oil is filled with flecks of green-yellow material and produces the smell of a thunderstorm when used. A coated item becomes charged with static and, if it is metallic, also slightly magnetic as well for the duration.
