Amulet of Breath weapon

This amulet has 1 charge. While having this amulet equiped you gain the ability use the Dragonborns breath weapon with the following effects. The damage is 1d6, every long rest if the player has this item equiped, he must chose one of the Draconic Ancestry on the Draconic Ancestry Table found on the Dragonborn race page in PHB.

In addition, the wielder of this item, if not a exotic race (Races not found in the PHB and their sub-races) can not remove the item without another spellcasting class making a DC 15 arcana check, this check can only be made once every hour. This effect counts as a curse.

Every long rest the amulet regains 1 charge.
