Potion, very rare
A tiny sphere of glass crystal, adorned with ornate platinum filigree. It has a platinum screw-top, in the shape of a centaur. Inside are four or five drops of dark red liquid -- CENTAUR'S BLOOD. When a humanoid takes a drop of the blood, it gains the strength and speed of the centaur -- its strength bonuses double, and its traveling speed doubles. The effect lasts for one hour.
