Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)
If your hit points are reduce to zero while wearing this amulet you can choose up to 6 creatures to be notified of your peril. Notified creature will know that your hit points have fallen to zero and for up to 10 minutes those creatures can choose to use their action to administer a health potion, cast a healing spell, use a healing feature or roll a medicine check (DC 10) to heal or stabilize you . This action will ignore any distance requirements allowing you to be healed from any distance. Creatures must be on the same plane as you to both receive the notification and attempt to heal. Only one healing attempt can be tried for each use of this item. Once this item has been used it cannot be used again for 3 days.
