Ring, artifact (requires attunement)
A ring made of woven silver and gold, with the symbol of Athreos (a crescent moon), the God of Passage, emblazoned on the sides and a small black diamond on the front.
This artifact offers the user a second chance at life before they begin their passage to the afterlife. When the user drops to 0 HP, the ring activates and channels divine vitality through their veins, bringing them back to 1 HP instead.
