Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a The Pandemonium cannot function if the wearer's alignment is not chaotic.)
It is a large crown made of transparent crystal, with a large, red, diamond shaped jewel in the center, and inscriptions of random words from random languages covering it. If worn for more than one week, and the wearer is not already chaotic, the wearer's alignment becomes chaotic. If they already are chaotic, they gain an emotional bond to it, and think of it as more of a family member than anything else.
When used, a random wild magic surge will be cast from the jewel.
Notes: The Pandemonium cannot function if the wearer's alignment is not chaotic.
