While you wear this hat your face is shrouded in magical darkness, only you or a creature with the ability to see through illusions and/or magical darkness can see through this effect.
You gain proficiency in intimidation checks and can make them at advantage against any creature who would classify as having a CR less than half your level.
This hat also counts as a ranged finesse weapon that deals 1d10 slashing damage on a hit, the hat then returns to your hand.
