Only a gazer can use these bagpipes, they are too small to be played by a regular sized humanoid and they are designed to wrap around a gazer's eye stalks. They have 3 charges. Your familiar can use an action to expend 1 charge to play a strange, freeform "song" or 3 charges to blast air through the pipes at a loud volume. The pipes regain 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. If you want, your familiar can also play the pipes normally without expending any charges or producing any magical effects.
Gobbleficating Ditty. Your familiar expends 1 charge to play the bagpipes. Each creature within 30 feet of your familiar that hears the tune must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become magically transformed into a gazer until the end of their next turn. Creatures transformed in this way obey the rules of the polymorph spell, except they ignore restrictions on CR, monster type and duration. If you wish, all creatures in the area that are hostile or all creatures that are non-hostile automatically succeed on the saving throw. A creature that succeeds on its saving throw is immune to the effect of these pipes for 24 hours.
Gobblegantuanator. Your familiar can also blast a loud noise to expend 3 charges and cast a special version of polymorph on itself, transforming it into a spectator. Your familiar must concentrate on the spell and it obeys the rules of the polymorph spell, except that it can only target self and it ignores all restrictions on monster type and CR. Your familiar acts as a magically summoned creature and obeys any commands you give it as a bonus action; though it is smart enough to defend itself or its allies without needing commands. It can attack and take any actions on it's stat sheet. However, it loses any class benefits it had in relation to being your familiar, such as any eldritch evocations.
