Drinking this potion replenishes the magic essence of the drinker. This potion will grant up to a 5th level spell slot to be replenished, which can be distributed evenly across spell slots if desired (i.e 2x 2nd level + 1 x 1st level spells).
The entire potion must be consumed to gain this benefit
