This axe's head was carved from the horn of a Blue Dragon. The dragon's rage continues to persevere through this weapon.
You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic axe.
When you hit with an attack using this magic axe, the target takes an extra 1d8 lightning damage. In addition, while you hold this axe, you have resistance to lightning damage.
Dragon Tongue. While you are attuned to this weapon, you can understand and speak Draconic.
Draconic Aggression. This axe has 3 charges. When you take the Dash action while holding this weapon, you can expend one charge to gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed until you stop moving, and you can use your bonus action to take the Attack action. You must end your movement closer to a hostile creature that you can see. The axe regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
Curse. Becoming attuned to this axe allows the dragon to influence you. As long as you remain cursed, you are unwilling to part with this axe, keeping it on your person at all times. While attuned to this weapon, you have disadvantage on attack rolls made with weapons other than this one.
In addition, while this axe is on your person, you must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw whenever you take damage in combat. On a failed save, you must attack the creature that damaged you until you drop to 0 hit points or it does, or until you can’t reach the creature to make a melee attack against it.
Proficiency with a Battleaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
