Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Monk)

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls for unarmed strikes made with these gloves. Such attacks are considered to be magical.

In addition, these gloves contain one charge each.

You may expend one charge from the right glove to force a creature struck by it to make a constitution saving throw (DC = your ki save DC). On a failed save, the creature is restrained, as they begin to turn to stone. At the end of their next turn while restrained in this way, they must make a second constitution saving throw of the same DC. On a success, the effect ends, and they are no longer restrained. On a failure, they become petrified for a period of 1d10 days. The right glove regains its charge on the second night following a successful petrification, on the first night following on a failure. If you expend the charge from the right glove while touching a creature it currently has petrified, the effect is extended for an additional 1d10 days. Afterward, the charge is regained as if on a successful petrification.

You may spend one minute and expend one charge from the left glove to remove the petrified condition from one creature you are touching with it. The glove remain in contact with the petrified creature for the full minute in order to expend the charge in this way, after which the petrified creature slowly returns to life over the course of the next minute. The left glove regains its charge at the next sunset.
