Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)
This obsidian sphericon crystal is about two inches across. The face has distinct runes running along it. The stone starts with 1d10 charges.
When a sentient enemy is killed, you may use a reaction to activate the stone and absorb it's soul increasing the number of charge by one.
On your turn as an action you can cast any spell, known by you or by the stone, by destroying a number of souls equal to the spell lvl. If the stone has insufficient charge remaining, nothing happens.
