Blood Points
This weapon has a store of blood points equal to 3+STR Mod. These blood points can be expended as a free action once per turn to apply Fatal Wounds to an attack. Blood Points are only regained upon killing an enemy of CR 2 or higher, and do not recharge upon resting.

Fatal Wounds
This weapon is capable of leaving large lacerating wounds on an opponent, spend 1 blood point on a hit causing bleed damage equal to 1d8. This effect can stack up to 3 times, increasing the bleed damage by 1 die each time it's inflicted. If Fatal Wounds is used against an opponent at 3 stacks and hits, the attack will critically strike (refer to Critical Strike rules for damage)

Cleave: If you kill a creature you can spend 2 blood points hit another creature in range (5ft.) of you, can not be used on more than 1 target.

Vanquish: spend 3 blood points to kill a creature below 100 hit points who has 3 stacks of Fatal wounds, can only be revived by the wish spell.

 This weapon takes the name of the dragon it slain to upgrade.

Proficiency with a Greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
