Embodiment of the Phoenix God (Requires Attunment): 
While wearing the mask, your body becomes a flaming metal skeleton. You gain immunity to poison damage, you gain resistance to piercing, slashing, bludgeoning and fire damage.
You gain +5 to your AC and your size changes to large if it wasn't already.

Holy Fire (Requires Attunment):
While wearing the mask, all your weapons erupt with flames and now deal an additional 3d8 fire damage.

God of Necromancers (Requires Attunment):
While attuned to this mask you know the Raise Undead spell and can cast it at will without any components. 

Phoenix Flight (Requires Attunment): 
Skeletal metal wings erupt from your shoulder blades, You gain Flight with a flying speed of 50 feet

A Heavy Price (Requires Attunment) (Curse):
Once you wear the mask, it can not be removed, and you will drop to 0 hit points 24 hours after you put it on. Only a wish spell can reverse this effect. upon your death, your body will turn to ash, leaving only the metal mask of Altzmyr.

Notes: good aligned cleric or paladin who is a devoted follower of altzmyr and must be level 15 or higher
