The wearer of this amulet gains a bonus attack in combat called "Whaaaa! This attack allows the wearer to strike all enemies in a 10 food iameter around them with 1 d6 + their strength modifier of crazy damage, as they run in a circle screaming "Whaaaa!" and flailing their arms around like a muppet.
