This handaxe was created by the ancient dwarves of the gem coast for use by an honorable warrior. It is made of bronze with a edge carved from a massive sapphire gem
When thrown, you can use a bonus action to cause it to vanish and reappear in your hand
Upon speaking the command word as a bonus action, the axe acts as an Immovable Rod. When activated, the axe doesn't move, even if defying gravity. the axe can hold up to 8000 pounds of weight but any more causes it to deactivate and fall. A creature can use an action to make a DC 30 Strength check, moving the fixed axe up to 10 feet on a success. This feature has 3 charges that are replenished daily at dawn.
When the command word is spoken after a successful thrown or melee attack, the target is considered restrained. The target can use an action to make a DC 12 strength check to free themselves. If the target is also prone or is against a wall, the DC increases to 30
