Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Medicie Check of DC 15 or higher)
This Arcanists Eye replaces a real eye that was lost or removed. While the Arcanists Eye is embedded in an eye socket, it can’t be removed by anyone other than the wearer.
When embedding the Arcane Eye and attuning it the wearer gains Blindsight. The Arcane Eye allows the wearer to cast Detect Magic and Arcane Eye.
Notes: Sense: Blindsight, Medicie Check of DC 15 or higher, Detection, Eyewear, Eldritch Machine
