GENERAL WISP STICK RULES
Duration: 1 hour
Made from the crushed leaves of the Scarlett Heights flowers that grow along the Reaper's Pass and combined with enchanted gem dust, each of these sticks harbor a variety of magical benefits and penalties based on the flavor used. Each pack comes with 12 sticks which can be broken down into specific flavors, although variety packs are also an option. Each stick has a duration of 1 hour, regardless of the potential benefits have been used up or not.
Any spells contained within the sticks that normally require concentration will no longer require concentration.
Proper usage of Wisp Sticks require inhalation through the filtered end of each stick.
Second-hand inhalation does not grant any of the benefits or penalties normally acquired through proper consumption.
Consuming multiple sticks within the duration period of another stick will cause the stacking of both the benefits and the penalties, however consuming multiple sticks of the same flavor in this time period will not cause this stacking effect unless stated otherwise.
Consuming more than 2 sticks within 1 hour will result in an Overdose (Overdose rules are to be determined by your DM).
Notes: Consumable
