Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a The user of the Amulet of Scrying must sit and attune to it for 10 minutes.)
The Amulet of Scrying grants the wearer access to the spell Scrying. If the target of the spell is a creature it must make a saving throw equal to the wisdom spell save DC of the wearer. If the wearer is scrying on a location no save is required. (The Scrying spell can only be used once per long rest.)
Notes: The user of the Amulet of Scrying must sit and attune to it for 10 minutes.
