A willing creature may consume the potion as a Bonus Action. On taking the potion, you return to your maximum hit points. For the next minute (including the turn on which you take the potion), you may make two actions on each of your turns, you have advantage on attack rolls and ability checks, creatures have disadvantage on saving throws against spells that you cast, and you have resistance to all forms of damage. At the end of the sixth turn, you die. The power of the poison is such that the affected creature cannot be resurrected by any means short of a Wish spell.
