Weapon (dagger), uncommon

This blade is standard gear for any accomplished assassin and takes a skilled glassblower to create. The connection between the hilt and the blade of this weapon is strong enough to withstand piercing into flesh, but a simple twist of the wrist will break it. Since this weapon is so fragile, assassins tend to carry multiple glass daggers quickly replacing ones that have broken on mission.

When you hit with a melee attack, you can use a bonus action to break the blade off and leave it inside your target. A large or smaller creature that has the blade stuck inside of them will take 1d4 slashing damage if they move more than 1 foot. The creature can use its action to remove the blade and end this effect.

If thrown the dagger cannot be retrieved as it breaks on either a hit or miss. The blade does not get stuck inside the target if it hits on a ranged attack. Rolling a natural one on a melee attack will cause the dagger to break.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
