Adrenaline Gum

This magical tree gum can temporarily boost a creature's energy, with a toll once it wears off. As a Bonus Action a creature can chew the gum and for 1 minute it gains the following benefits: 

• Advantage on Strength and Dexterity ability checks, attack rolls and saving throws.
• Increased armour class by 2.
• The creature can Dash as a Bonus Action.

Once the effects of the gum wear off the user gains 3 levels of exhaustion.
