While wearing this amulet, you can use an action to cast any one spell that you are currently capable of casting (requires a spell slot like normal). Instead of releasing the effects of this spell, you may store its magic inside the Amulet of Spell Storing. Once the Amulet is loaded with a spell, that spell will remained stored in the Amulet, indefinitely, until it is cast or the wearer uses an action to release the stored magic without enacting its effects.
To cast a spell from the Amulet of Spell Storing, the wearer only has to touch the Amulet and will the spell to be released (may be done using the Interact With Objects action). The wearer can target the spell to a particular creature or location, as they normally would when casting the spell. If the spell requires concentration, it will still require the wearer's concentration to maintain its effects, just like any normal concentration spell.
