Wondrous Item, uncommon
This arrow possesses limited sentience, and feels nothing but perpetual fear for everything it does not know. When used as ammunition for a ranged attack the arrow deals an additional 2d4 psychic damage to creatures whose names are unknown to you. Creatures who are nameless are immune to all damage dealt by this arrow. Once used, the arrow splinters.
