This beautiful studded leather armor is inlaid with pieces of diamond shaped obsidian, and feels warm to the touch. The leather is molded into primordial runes. It grants +1 to AC when you are not wild shaped.
Flame Guardian. You are resistant to fire damage.
Speak to Flame. You can understand Ignan while wearing this armor, and can speak ignan through the armor.
Nature Champion. When you use your Wild Shape ability, this armor changes shape as well, granting +2 AC while in beast form.
Molten Shield. Once a day, as an action, you can activate this ability for 10 minutes. The obsidian glows hot like magma, and thin and wispy flames wreathe your body for the duration, shedding bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. You can end the spell early by using an action to dismiss it. The flames make you immune to fire damage. In addition, whenever a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack, the shield sputters magma, and the attacker takes 1d8 fire damage. This ability can stay active in wild shape, but must be activated outside of wild shape.
Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
Notes: Resistance: Fire, Language: Ignan, Requires attunement by a Druid, Combat, Warding
