The brightly colored shirt is decorated with parrots and surfboards. While wearing this shirt, you have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed. In addition, whenever you start your turn underwater with 0 hit points, the shirt causes you to rise 60 feet toward the surface.
Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
