A small iron coin that feels heavier than it seems in the hands of the creature it is in possession of. That weight is only present to the creature the coin has bound itself to. The binding process seems impossible to manipulate, and it is somehow the coin itself that chooses its owner.
The coin's origins are unclear, but the limited knowledge surrounding it implies that it comes from some alternate plane of existence, the property of an unknown being.
The design seems rather simple, on one side of the coin is the symbol of the letter alpha, on the other, the letter omega, and the word "Alpha" is engraved along the edge, thought to be there to distinguish it in design from the almost identical Omega Coin, along with the word "Dawn", engraved on both sides of the coin below and above the letters of Alpha and Omega.
After binding itself to a creature, the coin will reappear in its owner's possession if it is left over 10 feet away from them when it hits the ground.
Once a day, the owner can mutter "Alpha. Dawn" and flip the coin, where it will spin in the air, visible to only the owner, giving them plus five on every roll they take during their current turn.
