Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
Draw the bow and speak a destination within 500 feet. The victim, when hit, must make a Con save, DC(8+Proficiency + Dex) or be immediately teleported there. Objects that are not structures or vehicles may also be targeted. This item is fired from the appropriate weapon as part of the Attack action or other actions that allow attacks with ranged weapons.
Each time you use this item roll to see if it breaks. At first you have to beat a DC1, every use increases the DC by 1.
