Amulet of the Ringing Anvil

While wearing this amulet, your desire to find new, rare and exciting materials flow into it. The amulet will glow near these items, from very dim to quite bright. To disable the amulet from glowing for a specific material, you have to tap the amulet against it. When investigating what the new material is, once you found it, while using the amulet to investigate it you get proficiency on Investigation, and in addition a +3 to the roll. This amulet only works for those initiated to the Ringing Anvil because of its intricate working.

The amulet might react to monster materials, while a monster is still alive.
