Amulet of Maximum Power

The Amulet of Maximum Power has 3 charges, while attuned to it, you can expend 1 charge to reduce your Max HP by 1 and change the value of ANY single die to it's maximum value.

You can activate it after the die is rolled. It can be used for any kind of roll, attack rolls, saving throw, ability checks, skill checks, initiative rolls, damage rolls, even rolls to determine random effects. It can also be used for any single die rolled by anyone, you, other players, and even the DM.

All charges are restored after a long rest.
