Ring, very rare (requires attunement)

(Alternate names for this ring could be: "The Shadows Ring", "Dark Ring",  "Ring of Cutting Shadows", "Dagger ring" or if you don't like edge, "The ring of summoning stabby stabby thing".)

Description: A ring of dim and cold silver, engraved with wreathes of tendrils going all around the ring, tendrils with daggers protruding out of them like thorns on a roseberry bush. The ring is made discrete and without any shine or luster that would make it stand out and with details only noticeable when you're intently looking close at it. Despite this the metal itself is of high quality and could easily be relieved for a small fortune by itself. Whoever it was that inteded to wear this ring did not intend for it to be noticeable, making it easy to be snuck into places such as parties without attracting attention, but what sort of person would aquire jewelry of such expensive metal if not to bring attention to themselves or their wealth?

History: It is said that there once existed a legendary assassin that was the fear of many kings and queens milenia ago, an assassin that was never seen and never caught. To this day many ponder what the assassin was or if it even existed. Some legends says that it had been a monstrous demon of shadow attempting to cause the world to fall into anarchy, others that it was the living shadow of a rebel leader exacting revenge upon the leaders of the world that had ended it and yet some other stories depict it as rightful spectre of justice claiming the lives of the corrupt. Whatever the case be, that there was an uncounteble many kings and queens of the past that died from a throat slit in half remains as a fact.

Effect: As an action you cause a part of you're own shadow to be weaved and twisted into a grim dagger in you're hand. The dagger pulses with your intent to kill. You can make the dagger take on shape you want that as long as it has an edge and it's not larger than a dagger. Activating the effect of the ring is similar like casting a cantrip, it can be done whenever the caster wants and as many times as they want. The wearer doesn't need to be a spell caster in order to activate the effect.
