Astral chains - Chains that when wrapped around an arm look like they belong in the night sky, stars and constellations shifting constantly.
When used as an action the chains lash out towards an enemy restraining them if they fail a dexterity saving throw ( DC = 8 + Proficiency + STR/DEX Mod)
When used, roll a d4, the number rolled is the number of enemies the chain can restrain at once. When a new enemy comes in contact with the chain for any reason, the new enemy must also make a dexterity saving throw, or be restrained.
When wielded off-handed the chains can be used as a bonus action, but can only restrain one target at a time.
