This set of +1 magical chain mail has been blessed by Auril goddess of the Icy North. It appears as fine links of blue-white ice that never melts. Lowering the bodies temperature, it grants the attuned resistance to fire damage and the ability to cast ‘freeze metal’, a spell similar to heat metal but replaces fire damage with cold. Otherwise the spells are identical. The spell may be cast 1/long rest recharging at midnight. The spell save is dc 15.
Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail includes a layer of quilted fabric worn underneath the mail to prevent chafing and to cushion the impact of blows. The suit includes gauntlets.
Notes: Resistance: Fire, Bonus: Armor Class, Heavy armor proficiency , Str. 13 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
