when used roll a medicine (wis) if a 1 is rolled item is destroyed. (Normal) on 10 and up item heals requested amount of hp, (hard) on 13 and up item heals 5 hp. item has a healing pool of 100 hp. can be used on self or a target within 5ft. when down but not out item resorts health to full but the healing pool drops down to 5hp. item can be refilled with a long rest. if the healing pool drops to 0 the item is destroyed. takes 1 hour to attune.
