Auril’s Icy Amulet

This frozen tiara, blessed by Auril goddess of Ice & Cold, adds to the attuned several spells related to her icy domain.
cantrips bestowed are:

chill touch

ray of frost

frostbite

In addition the spells ice knife, cone of cold, ice storm,  sleet storm, and wall of ice are added to the spellcasters spell list and do not count toward number spells learned/prepared. Spell slots must be used to cast them. However the spell wall of ice may be cast 1/3 days without components/spell slot if the caster sacrifices 15hp and takes 2 levels of exhaustion. The casters maximum hp are then reduced by 15 until the end of a long rest. Spellcaster must be able to cast 6th lvl spells to cast this way.
