+6 to hit 1d10+4 piercing.
This blade has three charges on hit, your target must make a DC 15 Cons check. On a failed roll, your target takes 1d6 poison damage for 3 turns. This effect will not stack on the same target meaning you cannot use this effect twice on the same target until the effect has worn off. Once your charges have been exhausted, they will be usable again the next dawn.
Special ability. Instead of taking a melee attack, the player may focus on their blade for one turn, raising their blade up to the heavens and channel radiant damage into their blade. On their next turn, you release a beam of radiant light from your blade dealing 1d12+7 to anything up to 100 feet, including allies. Anything caught in this beam must roll a DC 14 Cons saving throw. On a failed throw the target is stunned for 2 turns and will burn for 2 turns taking 1d6 fire damage each round. On a successful roll, the target will burn for 2 turns taking 1d4 fire damage each round. This ability can only be used once per long rest.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
