Arcane Armory Tattoo

Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo features designs that emphasize one color.

Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.

Weapon Bond. While the tattoo is on your skin, you may spend an hour per weapon of a short or long rest to bind a weapon you are touching throughout that time to your extraplanar cache. The tattoo can bind a number weapons varying on the item rarity; uncommon (2 weapons), rare (3 weapons), very rare (4 weapons). If you choose to break a bind with one of your stored weapons, you may replace it with another weapon by spending an hour bonding to the new weapon, after which the old weapon will appear in an unoccupied space within 10 feet of you. 
Summon Weapon. When you have weapons within your extraplanar cache, you may use a bonus action to invoke the tattoo and summon any of the bonded weapons to you, provided you have a free hand to hold them.
