The Ally Cat Fangs are two curved daggers, each with purple lining on the edge of the blade. Either dagger's grip is wrapped in a blue cloth. Each pommel comprises a ring; a circular O-shaped piece of metal. The fabric wrapped around the grip and dangling from the ring glows a bright purple hue when tightly gripped. When you attune to these daggers, you attune to both as if they were one magic item.
When you have both of these daggers on your person, you have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with either of them. You can use any of the following properties even if you only have one of the daggers on your person:
Pounce. If you attack a creature that is surprised using either of these daggers, the attack deals an extra 2d4 piercing damage.
Cat's Eyes. While wielding both daggers, you have Darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. While wielding only one, this range is merely 30 feet.
Cat's Grace. While wielding one of these daggers, you use your action can cast the Enhance ability spell, but can only choose the Cat's
Grace effect, and can only target yourself. You can cast this spell once for each dagger. Once the spell is cast from a dagger, it cannot be cast again using that dagger until the next dawn.
Magical Return. After you have used your action to throw one of these daggers, you can use your bonus action to teleport the dagger back into your free hand. Doing so requires you to make a somatic gesture with that hand.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Damage: Piercing, Sense: Darkvision, Bonus: Magic, Single night of training with the weapon, Teleportation, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Light, Thrown, Nick

Posted Feb 20, 2020I've looked at a lot of weapons on this site and I have to be honest, these be my favorite so far!! I really love the whole ambience of the item, and the features that come with them are really fun and cool. Definitely might have to use this in my campaign some time! Awesome job and really creative (:

Posted Dec 6, 2020These daggers are really cool, but I have to ask. Are these an adaptation of Maeve's twin throwing daggers from Paladins? The descriptions of the look and the abilities down to the names are pretty parallel. Either way though this is great on construction and description.

Posted Dec 6, 2020I only put this on here cause a friend wanted to use it in a campaign so he sent me the item and then i messed with it a bit and put it here. so it may be from that im not sure i never asked him but it is highly probable
