Armband of Supreme Artifice
Created by an ancient artificer in conjunction with extradimensional knowledge, this magic item is the peak of artificer tools.
Ever shifting liquid metal runs through its center, surrounded by an Orichalcum-Adamantine Alloy, with its energy signature providing greater insight into the interlocking magical weave that fuels all magic.
Nanite Composition
This Liquid Metal Nanite Armband can transform into a variety of tools; as an action, you can transform it into any type of artisan's tool of your choice. Whatever form the tool takes, you are proficient with it.
While holding this tool, you gain a +3 bonus to the spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your artificer spells.
As an action, you can focus on the tool to channel your creative forces. Choose a cantrip that you don't know from any class list. For 8 hours, you can cast that cantrip, and it counts as an artificer cantrip for you. Once this property is used, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
Supreme Tinkering
Whenever you make an artisan's tools check, after you see the roll but before knowing the result, you may choose to add 1d12 to the roll. You can use this feature a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency
Proliferation Engine
Whenever you cast an artificer spell that does no damage, and targets one or more creatures, you may choose twice that number of targets instead
Overclock Magical Circuitry
Once per long rest, when you cast an artificer spell, you may upcast the spell by one level, whilst still expending the original spell slot (I.E you may turn a 3rd level spell slot into a 4th level spell) You may choose to suffer a level of exhaustion to use this feature again.
Hostile Takeover
As an action, you may make a tinker's tools check against any magic item within your melee range, if you pass a DC of 20+Item rarity (common=1, uncommon=2, ect) You may disable that magic item for a number of rounds equal to half your proficiency modifier
Additonally, whenever a creature activates a magic item within 5 feet of you, it triggers an attack of opportunity. This attack of opportunity can only be used on Hostile takeover, effecting the item before the activation resolves
Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Bonus: Spell Save DC, artificer
