This purple heart, created by the master artificer Oscar Palebrand, pulses with pure arcane energy and gives off a faint purple glow that can't be seen except by especially perceptive creatures.
Placing this item into the chest cavity of a recently zombified creature will bring it back to consciousness, removing all of it's Racial Features and replacing them with that of the Zombie origin.
In addition, you become Resistant to Necrotic damage and can use your action to become Immune to Necrotic damage for 18 Seconds. After which your Speed becomes 0, and you are unable to take Actions or Reactions until the start of your next turn.
The Arcanium Heart can not be dispelled since the magic is based in the innate physical magical properties of Exterra. The Heart can be destroyed through other means, whether that be through magical or non-magical damage, it has 80 HP and an AC of 24 while inside your chest.
Creatures that are able to sense magic are able to sense the Arcanium Heart inside you and will sense Necromancy and Abjuration.
Notes: Resistance: Necrotic, Requires *Permenant* Attunement by a Zombie.
