This pendant looks like a completely normal one. Though, you can use an action to speak its command word, causing it to spin like crazy, turning time back. You can reroll one saving throw, ability check, or attack roll you have rolled within the last minute. Once you have used this feature, you must omplete a short rest before you can use it again.
