A ring made of a material not native to this plane, it sits on your finger and seems almost to ripple in time with your heartbeat as if it were made of liquid. If you gaze into the black recesses of the ring long enough you can see the beauty of the Cosmos itself and the vast expanses of all the planes of existence dancing above your head. But past these gorgeous vistas, deep in the black voids between the stars, you glimpse at something dwelling there, gazing right back at you.

When a spellcaster is attuned to this ring they are able to cast Animate Dead on the corpse of any creature. However, the ring allows the bearer to reach beyond they veil into the realm of Endings and reanimate creatures of great power. When cast, the bearer can reanimate a dead creature up to gargantuan size and a challenge rating equal to or less than their Level.

However, seeing and manipulating the Tapestry of Reality as the Deep Ones do is taxing on the mind of mere mortals and can result in unpleasant side effects. When wearing this ring, the bearer has Disadvantage on all Intelligence Saving Throws. Additionally, the bearer reduces their Intelligence Score by the challenge rating of the creature they just reanimated until their next Long Rest. 

If your Intelligence is reduced to zero in this way you withdraw into a chattering sleep filled with nightmares and remain this way for 8 hours.
