Lightning Burst - Once per day, after a successful ranged attack made with Raincaller, you can cause the arrow to explode in a burst of Lightning, dealing 4d8 lightning damage to the target. Creatures within 15 feet make a Dex 13 saving throw and on a failed saving throw takes 4d8 lightning damage and half as much on a successful saving throw.

 

This longbow is beautifully crafted from the Livewood of an dryad's tree. Swirling eldritch patterns run up the arms of the bow glowing a faint purple.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
