(Not actually magic, but can be enchanted like any other base weapon. There’s just no option for a homebrew nonmagical weapon.)
Armor blades are a traditional githyanki weapon that enhance a suit of armor (see Polyhedron #159). These blades are permanently attached to the armor to deal extra damage while making a grapple attack. While in the grappled condition, you can use a bonus action to make a melee attack with the blades against the creature you are grappled with. The blades cannot be used to make a melee attack unless you are grappled.

Proficiency with a Sickle allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
