Amulet of Precision

A silver amulet in the shape of a dagger with a purple crystal blade.

When you miss with a melee weapon attack, you can choose to hit instead.  Once used, you can't use it again until you finish a short rest.

Unstable construction:  Each time this amulet is used roll a d20 on a 1 it is rendered inert.
