While Attuned to the item, the wielder's Dexterity ability score is permanently at 24.
While Attuned, the wielder's speed is doubled (after modifiers). In addition, you are aware of all physical space (does not mean you are aware of beings there, only inanimate objects), and can move to anywhere in space, regardless of if you've been there physically or not.
At any time, the wielder may clutch the gem in one of their hands to gain spell-casting abilities. They may use any spell based around the following criteria, up to 20 times total per long rest. All spells only require vocal and/or somatic components, and are cast as a 9th level Spell (essentially 20 9th level spell slots, with specific spells):
- Transportation - Any spell that allows movement in physical space, including between planes such as Teleportation Circle, Plane Shift, etc.
- Duplication - You can create any number of exact duplicates of yourself at will. This requires concentration, and lasts up to 24 hours as long as you are concentrating. You can control the duplicates like you would any other familiar, and they duplicates have all of your gear (not including this item). These duplicates can be anywhere in physical space.
- Conjuration - Any spell that moves another being from a physical position to another such as Conjure Celestial, Planar Ally, etc. But this cannot create anything out of thin air, but already exist in a physical space.
Notes: Material Being. takes a year to attune to.
