This necklace, when attuned, permits the wearer to project an ooze of a random color (1d4: 1=Gray Ooze, 2=Ochre Jelly, 3=Black Pudding, 4=Gelatinous Cube) once per day. The ooze projected by this amulet is of neutral disposition, and will become hostile when any creature interacts with it in any way. If, at any point, they lose or remove the amulet, the attuned person must succeed on a DC12 con save or be polymorphed into the last ooze conjured by the amulet.
