 Aiglos Amarth was the signature weapon of the great warrior LARS OF THERONDIA. More than a thousand years ago Lars used this powerful weapon to oppose a  demon invasion and battle the Beholder, ZALSHOX, a devoted follower of the evil God Loviatar.

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

When you hit with an  attack using this magic sword, the target takes an extra 1d6 cold damage. In addition, while you hold the sword, you have resistance to fire damage.

In freezing temperatures, the blade sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet.

When you draw this weapon, you can extinguish all nonmagical flames within 30 feet of you. This property can be used no more than once per hour

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
