Akra Kizika

 Akra Kizika in Hakshia or  Ruby of the sand in common is a deep crimson substance believed to be the crystalized blood of the Great Dragon. 
when used as an additional component in the casting of a spell it increases the effect of that spell by one spell slot without the need to expend a higher slot if the spell has such an effect. if the user uses the Akra Kizika to increase to a spell slot they do not have access to, the user must make a DC 16 con save or gain 1 level of exhaustion when the spell has finished being cast. The Akra Kizika is consumed in the prosses.
