Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a artificer)

This magical toolbelt can store a variety of tools and similar supplies, and you can use the toobelt as a spellcasting focus for your artificer spells. It has six pouches, each of which is an extradimensional space that can hold up to 20 pounds of material, not exceeding a volume of 2 cubic feet. The toolbelt always weighs 2 pounds, regardless of its contents.

Placing an object in the toolbelt follows the normal rules for interacting with objects. Retrieving an item from the toolbelt requires you to use an action. When you reach into the toolbelt for a specific item, the item is always magically on top.

In addition, the toolbelt can create simple tools and equipment; as an action, you can create a Small or Tiny nonmagical item that you are familiar with in one of it's pouches. You can retrieve the item as part of the same action you use to create it, or at any point within the next 10 minutes, after which it disappears if you have not retrieved it. If you attempt to create an item that is too complex, an item of food, or one that exceeds the volume of the pouch, the attempt fails.

Each time you create an item worth more than 1 gp with the toolbelt, there is a cumulative 5 percent chance that this property ceases to function for 1d6 hours, after which this chance resets. The toolbelt can create a maximum of 100 lbs or 100 gp worth of items (whichever comes first) each day, after which this property ceases to function until the next dawn.

If a pouch is overloaded, pierced, or torn, it ruptures and is destroyed, and its contents are scattered in the Astral Plane. If a pouch is turned inside out, its contents spill forth, unharmed, but the pouch must be put right before it can be used again. Breathing creatures inside the toolbelt can survive up to a number of minutes equal to 10 divided by the number of creatures (minimum 1 minute), after which time they begin to suffocate.

Placing the toolbelt inside an extradimensional space created by a bag of holding, portable hole, or similar item instantly destroys both items and opens a gate to the Astral Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed inside the other. Any creature within 10 feet of the gate is sucked through it and deposited in a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way only and can't be reopened.
